Cuff Ring Open the cuff ring and put it behind the ball sack. Find the smallest size possible for a comfortable, secure fit. Insert the locking pin in the middle hole. If you experience swelling or discoloration in the ball sack go to the next larger size.
Cage Lubricate the head and top shaft of the penis with a water based lube. Insert the penis into the cage.
Spacers Various sized spacers are provided to find the most comfortable fit. The small spacer goes behind the lock and in front of the ring.
Guide Pins The two guide pins will be inserted into the cuff ring. Once you wear it for a few days and find the proper spacing, cut the ends of the guide pins off with a pair of side cutter pliers and smooth the edges.
Locks Attach the lock through the hole at the end of the locking pin.
